Pos3/5/FNB: Backend eDashboard login error

Question :

When I try to login eDashboard, it prompts me error as below.

The Login user isn't the admin user of the Database


Possible Reason :

Your old eDashBoard program file may still exist in the system if you didn’t remove it properly.

You may have login this database with another email as ADMIN.


Solution :

1. Open your PC Folder > then browser to ‘C:\ProgramData\AutoCount\POS Backend 5.0


2. Remove this PosEdashboard Configuration file.


3. Now you may try to login POS Backend. The message will not be prompted again.


4. Additionally, please make sure you are logging in with the correct ADMIN ID and PW.
