Pos3/5/FNB: Check Stock Level Show Nothing

Question :

I use check stock level function to check my stock balance. When I click the search button, it shows nothing. Why?

Possible Reason :

You did not assign location for your Terminal.

Solution :

1. Login Pos Backend > Point Of Sale > Terminal Maintenance > Select your terminal and click the Edit button

2. Tick the HQ location then click the Save button. Then you may perform speed sync from your terminal.

3. Then you may try to search again , you will see the stock item quantity level as image below:
