Pos3/5/FNB: Close Counter Report Amount not same with other report

Question :

When I check on close counter Z report Cash amount is different compare to others reports ?

Solution :

This is because the payment summary cash amount did not deduct initial cash amount. So you have to deduct the Initial Cash & Cash In amount and then add back Cash Out amount, in order to tally with other report.
