Pos3/5/FNB: Column reset every time open POS

Question :

I have added some columns at POS/F&B terminal interface. But why when I logout and login again POS/F&B terminal, the columns are disappeared?

Solution :

You did not save the layout after adding the column.

Solution :

1. right click at column click ‘Save Layout’

2. Give a name to the layout then click OK to save.

So now when you logout & login again POS/F&B system, the column that you added won’t disappear again.
