Pos3/5/FNB: Could not Login to POS Backend with Error fail to connect AutoCount Server Service

Question :

When I login AutoCount POS 5.0 Backend, system prompts me an error as shown below, what can I do now?

(There was no endpoint listening at http://xxx:19500/RemoteLicenseService that could accept the message. this is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

Error! Fail to connect AutoCount Server Service.)


Possible Reason :

Most probably you did not install AutoCount Server or AutoCount Server Service is not started.

Solution :

1. Go to Windows start > type Services > click on Windows Services.msc


2. Right click AutoCount Server Services > Start > then try to login AutoCount 5.0 BackEnd again


If you can’t find this service most probably you did not install AutoCount Server.

To install, look for your installer file at DVD:\AutoCount\AutoCount Server Setup.exe

If you did not have the DVD please contact our support center.


3. You can check the AutoCount Server at Windows Start > AutoCount Server > AutoCount Server Monitor


4. Make sure that the service is running. > Now try login AutoCount 5.0 BackEnd again.
