Pos3/5/FNB: Could not insert license to Frontend POS/FnB?

Question :

When I try to insert license into frontend POS / FnB, system prompts me an error as shown below, what can I do?

There was no endpoint listening at http://localhost:19620/LicenseDeviceServices that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

Error! Fail to connect AutoCount LicenseDevice Service.


Possible Reason :

AutoCount Server Service is not started.


Solution :

1. Go to Windows start > type Services > click on Windows Services.msc


2a. For POS: Right click Pos Sync Client (old rev APos Client Sync) > Start > try to get license again


2b. For F&B: Right click Fnb Sync Client (old rev AFnb Client Sync) > Start > try to get license again
