Pos3/5/FNB: Custom Payment Method Missing

Question :

The POS5 Backend Custom Payment Method Maintenance is disappeared?

Possible Reason :

The user does not have the access right to view Custom Payment Method Maintenance


Solution :

1. Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance


2. Click Edit button to edit your User ID. Example: Admin


3. Click on Access Right tab & look for Customer Payment Method Maintenance under Point Of Sale Function. Then tick direct access right for Admin User and click Save.


4. Logout and Login again POS5 Backend. Your user will see Custom Payment Method Maintenance under point of sale plugin now.
