Pos3/5/FNB: Delete Location Error

Question :

I tried to delete an unused location, message prompted:

Unable to delete the record because the Location ‘xxx’ has been referenced by PosTerminal.

Possible Reason :

There are 1 or more POS terminal using this location.

Solution :

1. Go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Maintenance > Select which Terminal using that Location > Edit > Change Outlet > OK

If the POS Terminal has not been using this location, you may delete the location directly.

2. After changed the affected Outlets, go to Stock Location and delete the unused location.
