Pos3/5/FNB: Edashboard login issue
Question :
Message prompted on login: System.ApplicationException: Login Failed, incorrect Email or Password?
System.ApplicationException: Login Failed, invalid Email or Password
Possible Reason :
1. Correct email but wrong password.
2. Wrong email which is for another account book.
Solution :
1. If you have forgotten the password, you may reset password from eDashboard app on your phone.
Click on Forgot Password button
2. You will receive an email to reset password
After done reset, try to login EDashBoard account at your server
