Pos3/5/FNB: Error message prompted during Cash Computation

Question :

While performing Cash Computation at close counter, system will prompt error message.(There is no data for PosCashSeries Table. You must go pos option to maintain PosCashSeries table.)


Solution :

1. If you encounter the following error message during cash computation,

For F&B :

2a. Go to More Function > Setting > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous > Cash Computation

For POS 3/5 :

2b. Go to More Function > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous > Cash Computation

3. Click on Load Default button then press Save.
