Question :

When I double click POS Backend icon to login system pops a message, why is it?

Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\AutoCount\POS Backend 5.0\ServerProfileTable.xml' is denied.

or

Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\AutoCount\POS Backend 5\ServerProfileTable.xml' is denied.

Possible Reason :

Most probably is because of Windows access rights.

Solution :

1. Go to Windows Desktop > right click AutoCount POS 5.0/5.1 Backend > Properties > Compatibility tab > tick the check box Run this program as an administrator > OK.
