Pos3/5/FNB: Frontend Backorder Control Not Functioning

Question :

I have enabled backorder control function for my POS system, stock item is enabled with backorder control too. But why when item balance qty is zero, I still able to proceed for payment?


Possible Reason :

POS user access rights setting.


Solution :

1. Login POS Backend > Point Of Sale > Pos User Group Maintenance


2. Click the Frontend Access Right Maintenance button


3. Look for Backorder access right under data entry category. Remove Admin & Cashiers from Backorder then perform speed sync from your terminal.


4. After done speed sync from your terminal. Your POS System are unable to sell stock item when qty is zero.
