Question :

My auditor requested for hard/soft copy of POS transactions for audit and documentation purpose. How can I print or export the info?


Solution :

1. Login POS Backend > Point of Sale > POS Transactions Viewer


2. Click Find > Advanced Search… > set Document Date > Search


3. Click Check All > Print > Select Printer:

To generate soft copy, select Microsoft Print to PDF or others PDF printer.

To produce hard copy, just select your printer.
