Question :

How to adjust value of tasks to process in Sync Profile?

Solution :

User may increase or decrease the value of tasks to insert transaction into system. (You may increase the value if your pc spec is higher than basic requirement, otherwise, you need to lower the value to avoid pc memory resource being overloaded.

1. Go to POS Server Sync Monitor, Select which sync profile you want to adjust the value and click Edit.

2. Click on Change Sync Port Button.

3. User may change the value at “Maximum number of tasks to process incoming Pos Transaction”. (From 4 to 1)
