Pos3/5/FNB: How to set 18 digit weighing scale barcode

Question :

In normal retail shop, most of them are using 13-digit barcode but my company is a special case which we use 18-digit barcode to control quantity and unit price. How do I set it?

Solution :

Your scale machine must support 18-digit barcode printing.

For POS 3.0 / 3.1

1.Login every Outlet POS > More Function > Configuration Setting > Device Setting 2 > tick Enable Scale Barcode > set the following info* > OK > fully exit system

Others Setting:

1.Login every Outlet POS > More Function > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneousv > Quantity Decimal same as scale barcode decimal > OK > fully exit system

My Sample is:

Result :

For POS 5.0 / FnB

1. Login POS 5.0 Backend > Point of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance > select Option > Edit

2. At Appearance tab > set Quantity Decimal same as scale barcode decimal

3. Go to Setting tab > tick Enable Scale Barcode > set below info > OK

4.At outlet perform speed sync & re login system
