Question :

How to set auto restart services when sync monitor service is stopped?

Solution :

Sometimes the sync service will be stopped permanently by certain reason, and causes some data not up to date. You may set it to auto restart service to avoid this kind of issues.

1. Press Win + R at the same time, key in 'services.msc' to open Service panel. Select the Sync monitor service and right click to select Properties. You can check your sync services at Autocount Sync Server Monitor which the services name will base on your profile name.

2. Go to Recovery Tab, change the First failure, Second failure, and Subsequent failure from (Take No Action) to (Restart the Service).

3. Then press OK.
