Pos3/5/FNB: How to set default costing method for new Item in 2.1/5.1?

Question :

I am using costing method FIFO, but when I create new stock item, it always shows Weighted Average as default costing method. How can I change the default stock item costing method?

Version : Accounting 2.1 / POS Backend 5.1

Solution :

1. Login Accounting / POS Backend > Tools > Stock Costing Option tab > Advanced Costing Option > select your Default Costing Method > Save Settings > OK > re login system.
