Question :

My items have multi uom. When I try to export all itemcode from old database and import to new database, it fails to import and shows error message. Why is it?

Error:Fail to save Item: []. Base UOM 'CTN' rate is not equal 1.

Possible Reason :

You did not enable multi UOM module.

Solution :

1. Login POS BACKEND > Tools > Program Control > Module Setting

2. Make sure you have enabled Multi-UOM module.
