Pos3/5/FNB: Import data in Bonus Point Adjustment Error

Question :

When I try to copy member details from excel and paste to Bonus Point Adjustment, the system does not allow to import and shows error message? (Not a valid Tab Delimited Text Format or not an Bonus Point Adjustment import text format.)

Possible Reason :

The header name of your Excel column does not match the table header name.

Solution :

1. Check your excel headers for correctness. For example the following excel header names are incorrect as Member No and Member Name should not contain spacing. Should amend to MemberNo and MemberName

2. After done amendment, try to copy from excel and paste it again. It should work fine now.
