Pos3/5/FNB: License Control Error - Processor and Ram Missing

Question :

I try to insert FE license in POS/F&B system, but when I click license control at database configuration, it prompts error below. Why is it?

System.TypeInitializationException: The type initialzer for 'AutoCount.POS.EncDec' threw an exception. ---> System.TypeInitialzationException: The type initializer for 'AutoCount.POS.SecurityUtils' thew an exception. ---> System.Management.ManagementEException: Not found...

Possible Reason :

System Processor and RAM info shows NOT AVAILABLE.

Solution :

1. Open Services > Click Stop services ‘Windows Management Instrumentation Services’

2. Open the folder and go to C:\Windows\System32\wbem\

Rename the Repository folder to other name

3. Start the WMI services

4. Wait for the system to generate a new Processor and RAM info.
