Question :

When I login POS Backend it prompts me error message as below:


Value cannot be null

Parameter name: Value

Error! Fail to connect AutoCount Server Service.

Most Probably you didn’t install AutoCount Server properly, or set invalid port number or firewall didn’t open


Possible Reason :

The versions of POS Backend and AutoCount Server (Backup Server) does not match.


Solution :

Update POS Backend & AutoCount Server to the latest rev: .
