Pos3/5/FNB: Login or Logout EDashBoard error Not found

Question :

When I click Login / Logout for EDashBoard, system come out below error:

Not found

Possible Reason :

System Processor (CPU) and Installed RAM info shows NOT AVAILABLE or blank.
