Pos3/5/FNB: Microsoft .NET Framework error after made payment

Question :

After made payment, Microsoft .NET Framework prompts Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined?

Possible Reason :

The URL link of customer display to photo/Website/video is wrongly set.

Solution :

1.Login POS > More Function > Configuration Setting > Device Setting > check the URL List box

1a.Login F&B > More Function > Setting > Configuration Setting > Device Setting > check the URL List box

Samples of Link Format:

For Local PC file link: C:\Users\AutoCount\Pictures\A.mp4

For Website Link: https://www.autocountsoft.com/

2. After changed or removed the wrong link, click OK > fully exit POS/F&B system

3. Login again, you shall see no more error
