Pos3/5/FNB: Nothing come out when I click on New Posting at POS Posting

Question :

When I try to do monthly POS Posting, after I click New at POS Posting Maintenance, nothing has happened. Why?

Possible Reason :

You have not enabled the POS module.

Solution :

POS 3.0/3.1:

Login AutoCount Accounting > Tools > Program Control > Module Setting > Tick POS > OK

If the POS module is disabled, check with your software provider on the POS license.

After this logout and login again.

POS 5.0/ACC 2.0:

Login AutoCount Accounting > Tools > Program Control > Module Setting > Tick POS > OK

If the POS module is disabled, please check with your software provider on POS license.

After this logout and login again.
