Pos3/5/FNB: Only can Void Today Transaction

Question :

System prompts the following error when I try to void transaction.

Only can void today transactions.

Possible Reason :

“Allow void transaction for today only” option is enabled.

Solution :

POS 3 :

1.Login POS Frontend > More Function > Configuration Setting

2.Go to Document Control tab > uncheck Allow void transactions for today only > OK

3.Click Yes

4.Click on Yes. Re-login and try to do Void again.

Done

POS 5.0/F&B :

1.Login POS 5.0 Backend > Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS Option Maintenance

2.Select the correct terminal Option > Edit

3.Go to Document Control tab > uncheck Allow void transactions for today only > OK

4.Go to Frontend terminal, perform speed sync and try to do Void again.
