Pos3/5/FNB: POS5/FNB window resolution issue

Question :

When I open POS or FnB system my windows resolution will automatically switched to lower resolution and resulted it did not show whole screen.

Possible Reason :

User has tick force run in 640 x 480 display size.

Solution :

1. Right click your POS / F&B icon > Properties

2. Go to Compatibility tab > un tick Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution > OK

3. Go back lunch POS or FnB system again the screen size won’t change any more.
