Pos3/5/FNB: POS Backend options are not be set

Question :

When I do POS Posting, the system prompts a message box: POS Backend options are not be set, please set before posting. Why?


Solution :

Your POS Posting Number Format is blank.


Solution :

1. Login POS backend/ Accounting > Point of Sale > POS Setting (Backend Settings)


2. Set the Next Number and Format > Save.


You should be able to proceed with POS Posting now.
