Pos3/5/FNB: POS Client Notifier still show error message even though service status shows running?

Question :

POS client notifier still show error message even though service status shows running?


Solution :

User may need to check the detail of error message, like this error is showing “Please run full sync before auto speed sync”.


1. Go to POS Database Configuration on Start Menu, and click on Sync Configuration


2. Click on Full Sync button


3. Make sure to click Full Sync button instead of Speed Sync.
