Question :

POS Posting Error – ‘Duplicate Journal Entry No’

Solution :

This is because of the Journal Entry No has been used before.

1. Go to General Maintenance > Document Numbering Format Maintenance > Select Journal Entry Type > Click EDIT

2. Under the Next Number > change to next number yet to be use then click OK.
