Pos3/5/FNB: Pos Login Failed - plugin issue

Question :

When I try to login POS/F&B system, it prompts error below. How to solve?


Possible Reason :

It could be your POS BACKEND plugin has mistakenly sync to your terminal database.

Mostly effect when 1st time login POS/F&B system or after Full Sync.


Solution :

1a.Login your POS system > More Function > Configuration Settings > Miscellaneous Click the button ‘Plug In Manager’ and uninstall the Non POS using plugin (My sample is Unicart plugin).

1b.Login your F&B system > More Function > Settings > Configuration Settings > Miscellaneous Click the button ‘Plug In Manager’ and uninstall the Non POS using plugin (My sample is Unicart plugin).


2. Click OK to save then logout and login back your Pos/F&B system
