Pos3/5/FNB: Printer Unable to Print Summary Counter Receipt

Question :

When I click Print Summary Counter Receipt button at close counter checkout, it shows unable to print error. But cash receipt printing no problem, only happens in close counter checkout. How to solve this?

Unable To Print: Please make sure printer is not offline and driver are installed.

Possible Reason :

Your print spooler may not be running or printer is offline.

Solution :

1. Click Start Menu button > Services > Look for Service Name Print Spooler, then Restart the services

2. After that, logout & login back to POS System. You should able to print now
