When I inquiry Promoter Sales Analysis Report, a Promoter ID shown in wrong Outlet / Location?
Possible Reason :
The promoter setting for outlet was wrongly defined, and this report is grouped by outlets.
1. Login your POS Backend or Accounting > Point of Sale > Promoter > Promoter Maintenance
2. Select your Promoter > Edit > make sure the outlet assigned is correct (or leave it blank if not belong to any outlet) > OK
3.Go back to inquiry report again.
