Pos3/5/FNB: Receipt shows abnormal contents

Question :

My printed receipt shows / print all data entry action (add/delete item, change Qty/price/discount, etc… )?


Solution :

The setting of Customer Display Pole is wrongly mapped to printer.


Solution :

1a.Login POS > More Function > Configuration Setting > Device Setting tab > change Customer Display Pole column to blank > OK > OK > fully exit POS

1b.Login F&B > More Function > Setting > Configuration Setting > Device Setting tab > change Customer Display Pole column to blank > OK > OK > fully exit FnB
