Pos3/5/FNB: Receive sync error msg through Email Address

Question :

When there is any error message during sync, can I receive notification remotely while away from the server?

Solution :

Yes, you can. System will notify via email.

1. To set, Open POS 5.0/F&B system Database Configuration > Click Sync Configuration button

2. Click File > Terminal Settings

3. Go to Email tab and enter your SMTP settings.

4. Then you may insert your email address at ‘Email On Error’ column.

Then click Save button.
