Pos3/5/FNB: Report design does not contain company info

Question :

When I print or preview receipt, some report designs do not contain company info?

Possible Reason :

Company profile is not properly set.

Solution :

For Outlet Frontend:

1a.Login POS > More Function > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous tab > Company Profile

1b.Login FnB > More Function > Setting > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous tab > Company Profile

2. Click on Logo & Report Header / Footer tab > Set Default Report Header & Load Logo > OK

For Backend Accounting: Login POS Backend / Accounting > General Maintenance > Company Profile > Logo & Report Header tab > Set Default Report Header & Load Logo > OK
