Pos3/5/FNB: Reprint receipt always printed from other printer?

Question :

When Reprint Last Receipt (POS) / Reprint Last Bill (F&B) the receipt always printed from other printer, I already set default printer in POS/FnB, why?

Possible Reason :

Windows Default Printer issue. Because POS/FnB default printer setting is only for new transaction. AutoCount reprint last receipt/bill will follow Windows default printer.

Solution :

1.Go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Devices and Printers > right click your actual printer > Set as default printer.

2.Re-login system press reprint last receipt/bill.
