Question :

When I click Restore Conf. Setting button, it shows error message below. How to use this function?

Failed to connect server, please make sure you configure POSOption correctly

Answer :

You did not set your remote HQ settings correctly.

Solution :

1. In order to restore the configuration setting, you need to setup HQ Database Connection first. You can find this setting under POS Backend > Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS Setting Maintenance (POS Option Maintenance) > Edit your ID.

2. Perform speed sync & re login POS / FnB

3. After press Restore Configuration Setting button, choose which setting profile you want to restore onto current terminal.
