Question :

Revenue Credit Card Terminal (A920) unable to be detected when perform credit card payment?


Possible Reason :

User may have plugged into USB 3.0 port (blue color) or using USB HUB.


Solution :

Please make sure that revenue credit card terminal is plugged into USB 2.0 port instead of USB 3.0 port (blue color) and don’t share USB port by using USB HUB.
