Pos3/5/FNB: Sales Order not working?

Question :

I already done setting to activate Sales Order function, following FAQ below:

But my POS did not prompt to choose Sales Order or Cash Sale during new transaction and at More Function, Change Sales Type button is not present. Why?

Possible Reason :

Your POS license does not include Sales Order module.

Solution :

1. Where can I check if POS contains this module?

Go to Login POS > More Function > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous > see if Sales Order is checked or not.

2. If it is not checked, means you can’t use AutoCount POS Sales Order function. Contact your software provider to purchase the module.
