Pos3/5/FNB: Sales submission error

Question :

When I try to upload my sales to server, it prompts out this error. What wrong with it and how do I solve it? (System.UriFormatEception: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined...)

Possible Reason :

You may have input the wrong URL in FTP setting.

Solution :

1. Login POS/F&B system > Click the Close Counter button > Integration Setting

2. You have not inserted ftp:\\ in the ftp URL.

Eg : ftp:\\sunway.serveftp.org

Click OK to save when done.

3. Try upload your sales again, it should be no issue anymore.
