Pos3/5/FNB: Service type status not shown when order item

Question :

Service type status not shown when order item.

Possible Reason :

Service type is not enabled.

Solution :

1. When order item, service type status is blanked.


2. Login POS 5.0 Backend, go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS Option Maintenance.

3. Select Option 1 and Edit, under Document Control > tick Enable Service Charge


4. Note: Please do synchronization after made changes setting at POS Backend.

5. Service Type Status will show while order item.
