Question :

When I try to do full sync it stucks at item table, it shows error : ‘Array dimensions exceeded supported range’. How to solve this ?


Possible Reason :

Your computer's memory has been fully used, causing system unable to sync.


Solution :

1. Open POS Database Configuration > Sync Configuration > File > Terminal Settings, try to minimize item quantity batch (Sync master by batch, Sync item by batch) when sync > Save.


2. Then try to do full sync again
