Question :

I have just upgraded POS/F&B to the latest version. When I do synchronize at my terminal, it prompted the following error message?

Unknow Sql Exception (Number=208, Message=Invalid object name 'PosTerminalMemberType'.)

Possible Reason :

System may not have access rights to modify the settings.

Solution :

1. Go to your pc folder search for %programdata%

2. Go to your pc folder search for %programdata% Go to Autocount folder > right click POS 5 or F&B folder > Properties > Go to Security tab > click Edit > allow access right permission for Everyone.

3. Click Apply & OK to save , then perform full sync from your terminal.
