Possible Reason :

Most probably is user had used the next number on Document Numbering Format Maintenance.


Solution :

1. Go to Stock > Stock UOM Conversion > check the latest number already until what number.


2. Go to General Maintenance > Document Format Maintenance > Category: Stock > DocType: Stock UOM Conversion > Edit below format > change Next Number > OK


3. Go back POS Server Monitor Status screen > click Resync Error Trans
