Pos3/5/FNB: Synchronizer Error: HQ POS Sync Product ID (Unregistered)…

Question :

System prompt out error during POS Sync settings.

Unable to retrieve available location from server.

Synchronizer Error: HQ POS Sync product ID (Unregistered) is not match with sync client product ID (50000000)


Possible Reason :

This is because your backend do not have license inserted.


Solution :

1. Refer below link to insert license to backend account book.

2. Then reconfigure POS Sync Wizard.
