Pos3/5/FNB: Unable register account book at Autocount server

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question :

When I try to register account book at autocount server, it prompts the following error. How to resolve this?


<head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head>


Possible Reason :

Your backend license may have corrupted.

Solution :

1.Open folder and browse C:\ProgramData folder

Delete Autocount Backup Server folder then try to reinsert BE Product ID again. Then you can proceed to register the account book.
