Pos3/5/FNB: When click on Configure Terminal, an error is prompted

Question :

When click on Configure Terminal, an error is prompted.(Client Sync Services is still running. Please stop it before configure terminal profile.)


Possible Reason :

This is because the system auto synchronization is running at the back, you need to stop it in order to perform manual sync.


Solution :

Click on Windows start button > type in keyword Services.msc > Press Enter key > Stop the APOS Client Sync / AFnb Client Sync Service


And now, configure your terminal at POS/FNB system
