Question :

When click on License Control, system will pop up error message

"System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'AutoCount.POS.SecurityUtils' threw an exception. …"

Solution :

Some Autocount services may not run correctly.

1. Press Win + R to open run command, and fill in name as below picture

2. Go to search APOS Client Sync and make sure the status shows running.

3. **Go to search AFNB Client Sync and make sure the status is show running. (If you are using POS FNB version)

4. Now, you should be able to view the License Control in Database Configuration.

5. Another possible reason is Windows Installer RAM or Processor Info (CPU) is missing / Not Available caused by windows files corrupted. The only solution for this issue is, user may try to repair or reformat the Windows.
