Question :

When connected to android price checker, system shows network error message.

Error

NETWORK_ERROR


Solution :

Probably the windows access right has blocked the windows firewall exception process for the port number that assigned to price checker.


1. Go to AutoCount POS 5.0 desktop icon, and right click > click Properties > click Compatibility.


2. Check the box (Run this program as an administrator) > press OK.


3. Login to Front end POS, then re-assign the price checker IP address and port number.
