Pos3/5/FNB: When connected to android price checker, system shows timeout error message

Question :

When connected to android price checker, system shows timeout error message

Error

TIMEOUT_ERROR

Solution :

There are two possibilities will cause this error.

1. Front end POS Terminal IP address have been changed

2. the android price checker was not connected to the same local network with the Frontend POS terminal.
